Double trash pull-out, “Super Susan” corner cabinet, and mini pantry (with 3x pull-out shelves). Stacked cabinetry with glass panels. Thick columns and end panels. White VicoStone Misterio quartz and farm sink with brushed nickel faucet. White porcelain backsplash and coordinating painted mirror. Mirror removable, to allow for a window, if desired.

Wood Kitchen w/ Large Millwork Hood
Stained alder 5-piece door w/inside bead. Plywood interiors and dovetail drawerboxes. Lit glass cabinets c/w finished interiors and glass shelves. Lift up electric doors (don't require electricity to operate). Large hood cabinetry with new gas cooktop and microwave.

Modern Bar/Kitchen
Two-tone grey and textured laminate kitchen or bar with porcelain top & splash. High-quality (extremely durable) grey laminate doors. Pull-out recycle center, pegboard drawer & double-drawer insert. Chimney hoodfan can be sold separately. Aluminum glass doors with flip-up hardware and floating shelves. Floating cubes have touch-release hardware. Porcelain top can be cut for cooktop or sink.

Painted Island w/ Raised Top Section
Painted light grey-green/blue island with Cambria Quartz tops. Glass cabinets with finished interiors and glass shelves. Wine rack and open ended cabinet complete with decorative frame. Alder Vanity w/ Black Quartz
Stained alder with double-sink vanity cabinetry, with classic shaker door style, complete with matching mirrors and storage cabinet. Maple melamine interiors and soft-close throughout. Drawers below drop-in sinks are contoured (cut) around plumbing.

Beverage Bar w/ Wood Topper
